12 DPO and I am going to have a mental crisis if I see another negative

We have been TTC for 21 months. We have been to the fertility doctor, tried all sorts of things and nothing. This cycle I have been hopeful bc we tried Mosie Baby. Although my temps this cycle are so far staying above coverline, I have this weird feeling it’s not my month. I am absolutely petrified of testing bc I honestly can’t deal with another negative again. I am at the end of my rope. I feel I will have a bad breakdown if I see a negative this cycle. There’s nothing else to try or do. IVF is not an option either. I am so scared!
