Question for the seasoned mom's!
FTM here and I was wondering did you get contraction feelings that radiated into your hips? Like when my stomach gets hard so do the muscles in my hips now. This is brand new for me and I'm not entirely sure what to do with this. I can definitely feel my whole stomach get hard now and I feel the contractions all the way down into my pubic bone area.
