Miscarriage?

Question

I’m roughly 7 weeks pregnant and started bleeding today then passed this large clot/tissue. I have light cramps and I’m not having excessive bleeding. I had my baby 7 months ago so unsure if maybe this is the reason for it. I am receiving medical care but can’t be scanned until Thursday just looking to see if anyone has advice or anything similar

This looks like what I had when I miscarried, but I mostly had severe cramping that would take my breath away and heavy bleeding with liver like clots. Even if it's not a miscarriage,  bleeding is never a good sign but the only way to truly know whats up is getting to the DR. Good luck hun
