Porn....

Okay ladies....so my husband has a porn problem. I know for some of y’all this isn’t a big deal. But for me and I’m about to throw a big religious name out here, don’t hate me for it, it’s who I am. We are Pentecostal, and well in the Pentecostal “realm” shall we say porn is a major no no. As in you’ve already given your purity away to the internet and some girl you’ll never meet. And I went into our marriage knowing this. He struggled on and off again for the 1st year, and it’s put a toll on me, partly the reason I have no self love, I’ve put on quite a bit of weight, and I don’t have sex with him very often. I know the not having sex very often part is partly why he goes to porn. But as of Saturday I discovered he had been listening to it through Spotify, so I was like fine I’ll be spontaneous, so I woke up Sunday morning and was like I’m down for sex let’s get to it, and then today I checked his phone and low and behold I found this.....

As in I caught him listening to it. So what I’m asking is how can I approach him, how can I help him? I don’t like feeling like dirt in my marriage and I don’t like the adultery he is committing.
