Annoying periods

Wanting to see if I can get some advice on what to do, for the past 2 months my period has been causing me extra stress. I am on birth control but last month it came on time and ended on time but then I had breakthrough bleeding for 2 weeks straight only a few days after the original period ended, and now this month it didn’t start on time and came a week late, it started last Tuesday and I’m still bleeding, I’m at my breaking point with this irregular shit lol My periods are only suppose to last 4 days, is there something I can do to stop it or does anyone have any advice for me? Its fr causing me so much stress...
