advice? idk

so I was engaged before - dated a year and was engaged for 4 months. we broke up because he was emotionally abusive.

now I’ve been dating a guy for about 3 months. he’s younger than me, he’s 19, I’m 21. we met at college. things were great when we could see each other, but since I’m transferring schools we barely see each other once a week, and he doesn’t have a car so he can’t come over, and he lives on base so I can’t go to his house. it’s super frustrating and his parents don’t trust him with one of their vehicles.

should I just end things? I just idk. He’s supposed to get a new car in August but I’m not really thinking that’ll be the case.
