Mirena removal side effects? Possible trigger

I got my Mirena out June 7th after having it in two years. I thought I had become pregnant that cycle because the symptoms were there and I had gotten a handful of very very faint lines that didn't seem to want to get darker and before AF showed up, they were stark white. Negative. My period showed up with a vengeance on June 24th. I know your first period after birth control can be heavy and your body is still getting back to normal with the hormones.

Today is CD 10 and my body hasn't been right since. Everything I eat causes an upset stomach, diarrhea (ick), I've had nausea almost every morning and some days throughout the day and usually after eating (I dont eat and much as I did because of it), the acid reflux is horrible! I have three littles so I'm no stranger to pregnancy. I've also had early miscarriages in the past 😞 I did take a test when my bleeding let up some mid AF visit and it was negative.

Is this normal after IUD removal??
