Need Advice

So I am starting back to work this Monday and I am SO nervous to leave my 11 month old daughter. I just feel like she is still so young 😫

We are looking at daycare, but for the first little while my mother in law will be watching her to help us out until we are accepted into a daycare program.

I need some advice from other moms that left their babies to go back to work, before they were one. Did they do ok? How did you manage?

Dont get me wrong, i am excited to start a new job, I am just so scared she is going to miss me and wonder where I am. Any advice !?!
