Annoying

My little one almost an year and 3 months. We have a play yard that we got when he was just started to roll over and crawl. It was helpful at times to play inside and if I really needed some things to be get done like studying for my exams or if I need to pee real quick, if I’m cooking hot oil. This would keep him away from it. It helped me a lot and still does since he runs everywhere. But, unlike before, it’s just there use it occasionally. Couple of my friends ( not close), they come and always refer” Oh, it’s baby jail toddler jail “. I hate to hear them saying and shows me I’m the bad mother. I hate proving myself to them. I ended up saying, it’s just like a room to them, just like we have one. I don’t know how to deal with these people. I even asked many mommies suggestions here before buying it and I only got positive things.
