My mom saw my pregnancy tests

I am 16 years old and my mom found my pregnancy test which were all negative its been a week and she is soo mad she beat me and she wont let me see my boyfriend anymore im so sad that i disappointed her, i want to make things better but i dont know how i want her to get me on birth control and i feel so lost i feel like my boyfriend will get tired of us not being able to hangout 😓 i just dont know what to do
