Man. Knowingly spreads HIV to 100 women
THIS IS A REAL STORY NOT MADE UP
There was a story a few years back about a man who went to different cities and had sex with multiple women in each city just so he can infecct them with HIV.
He later said that he was angry because he had contracted the virus thur unprotected sex he had with a girl from a nightclub?
Should his crime be a felony of some sort?
What are the appropriate measures to take in a case like this? Is his anger at all justified in anyway?
What should happen to this man.
