Menstrual Cup help?

Hi all, I'm very interested in getting a menstrual cup and I'd very much appreciate all your suggestions and tips on what may work best for me. To give you a bit more info:

- I'm 20 years old

- No kids

- Current tampon user

I'm also a bit confused as to what size menstrual cup I should get. I have a heavy flow for the first few days of my period and then it gets lighter. I read that larger cups are for women who've had children and have a heavier flow, and smaller cups are for those who have not yet had children and/or have lighter periods.
