I bought a menstrual cup last month (brand Saalt) and am hoping to give it a shot during my upcoming period which I’m expecting any day now, however, I’ve never used a menstrual cup before – and for that matter, I’ve never used a tampon before either but in terms of trying something different, I wanted to go with the option healthier and safer for myself and the environment – and I was hoping for some advice if you’ve used one before? (Cleaning, insertion, upkeep, changing it, etc.) Thanks so much 💕
