When should I be concerned?

So I fell today while carrying my 10.5 month old, and she hit the back of her head. It was a slow motion kind of fall, my ankle buckled and I fell to the ground.

My daughter seems okay. She’s eating, babbling, playing with her toys, but I’m incredibly paranoid. When is it considered time to call the hospital? When should I take her in? She looks like she’s okay, but I want to hear from other moms. Thanks in advance. I’m really upset about what happened, and I’m blaming myself.
