Does anyone know what this is?

Im 17 + 3 and i showered and laid down for a bit until I had to use the restroom and saw this after I wiped. Does anyone know if it’s just discharge/mucus? I’m not cramping or any type of pain. I feel my baby move so I assume I’m okay. First time this has happened to me and I’m carrying my rainbow baby. I have a cerclage and take progesterone shots.

Should I go to the ER? Please give me your opinions. I’m trying not to freak out.
