can i get an std or sti

my bf and i are virgins. never been PREVIOUSLY sexually active. we are vaccinated for hpv (3 vaccines), do not have HIV or any type of herpes (my mom has hsv 1 (cold sores) but i dont have it). we have done oral without protection however. we are each others first. we both had a blood test last year and none of us showed up positive for anything and he had a urine test as well.
