Cycle changes....
Hey ladies!
I recently received a visit from AF. My cycles are usually 32-34 days apart. But this month AF came on day 28 of my cycle. Has this happened to anyone? If so did it last and stay that way? I’ve recently started doing the “lazy keto” diet. Since I have PCOS and TTC. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. It made me a little happy that AF came right on day 28 lol.
