Is it normal to have a crush on your husbands brother

I mean I would never cheat but when we got together my husband was so clean and we put together. Somewhere along the way he started brushing his teeth like 2 times a week and not bothering to keep up with his beard and hair maintenance and he wears worn down clothes a lot now I’ve talked to him about it but nothing changes. I’ve found his brother to be really cute and well put together lately and I really like it. Is this harmless crush ok
