Touching the bump without permission.. am I overreacting?

So I had my first experience of someone touching my stomach without permission.. and quite frankly, I hated it. It made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this? The only person, besides medical staff, who has touched my stomach is my husband. The unwanted/uninvited touch came from his grandmother and my face showed every bit of how uncomfortable I was. She hugged me then proceeded to rub my bump while she held on to me in a side hug. I froze initially (I think out of shock) ignoring everything she was saying to me, she then kissed me on the cheek (again, uncomfortable). I immediately pulled away from her and retreated to the bathroom to give myself a moment. I apparently hurt her feelings, but I do not like to be touched much less my growing bump or kissed on the cheek. I know she came from a place of good intention and love, but the whole moment made my skin crawl and made me want to take a scalding hot shower to clean everything off of me. Can anyone else relate or am I overreacting? Is the unwanted touching uncomfortable for anyone else?
