Im have contractions 30 minutes apart, back pains and strong period like cramps and what feels like a UTI I'm 14 days away from my due date ive been having these pains since last night

They wouldnt admit you with them that far apart. Early labor can last for a day or more. I wouldn't go in until instructed to do so by your doctors guidelines after calling them.

Wait until they're closer and you totally can't stand them anymore. If you can distract yourself then you're still too early for L&D. They want you to stay home and labor as long as you can tolerate it. They told me don't come back until you can't talk through them or breathe through them. 
Only reasons to not wait would be if you're far away (hour or more from your hospital), and if you're group b strep positive - they say don't labor at home if you're gbs+ they need to get you on an antibiotic.

When in doubt, get checked out. Especially being so close to your due date
