Boyfriend had a cold sore...

2 weeks ago, my boyfriend had a cold sore and he’s been on medication for it to get it gone quickly. He only gets them every so many years. He went down on me yesterday. It was so in the moment, we didn’t think anything of it. Is it possible that I could get something from it? We’ve been together for over a year and this is the first time he’s done that. But as many times that we’ve kissed and I went down on him, nothing has happened. Should I be worried? I’m nervous...
