Back pain!

What is everyone doing for back pain? I am 17 weeks, and i have never had any back issues my whole life, but the sciatica on my lower left side & down my left leg started about week 12, and now i am having back pain on my right side from under my ribs down to my lower back. I talked to the dr about it at my 16 week appt, and she gave me a stretch to try. After doing that my back ached all night. I’m just wondering if there’s even any options out there. TIA
