Baby temperature 101.1 ? Advice !!

Should I take her to the ER or would that be a waste of time ? I have Tylenol prescribed by her doctor at home already should I give her some ?
Update: she’s fine now either a bath and Tylenol worked or she missed her grandma

Call the nurse line at the hospital or on the back of your insurance card and ask. If they recommend going in, then go. If not, you saved thousands on an ER visit.

How old is baby? Under 4 months our pediatrician said anything 100.4 or above to go to the ER

Hold old is your baby? If 3 months or under then a fever is 100.4 and you should take her to the ER. This is a good chart to use too. My daughter was 7 months with a 101.6 fever but her doctor wasn’t too concerned
