Married women please help

My husband and I have been married for 2 years. We just celebrated 2 years a few months ago. The only issue we have in our marriage is the amount of times he goes out in a week to hang out with his friends. Now to my married ladies I just want to know how many times out of the week does your husband go out with his boys? When is to much too much? I feel like this is a constant battle I have with him and it’s like he hears me, tells me he understands but yet it continues to happen. Another thing is that he doesn’t always answer his phone when I call him. I do trust him I will say that; the man has only 2 friends and is always at either one of their homes. It just annoys me to call him while he is with his boys and doesn’t answer the phone. I have expressed this to him several times but I feel like I’m talking to the wall at times. I say this because he saids ok and that he will do better but it continuously happens. What would you do? How would you handle the situation because I’m trying to not go off on him like a crazy wife but it’s frustrating. Any advice?
