Pumping at work

So I've been back to work for about a week now and I wanted to share with you mommies what I absolutely NEEDED for work...

First and foremost INVEST IN A pumping PURSE. it doesn't have to be $200. It doesn't even have to be $100. But when I say these things are roomy AND functional... Hear me out... Get.. One... NOW!!! It's so convenient, especially if you don't have your own office to pump into.

Second -- make yourself a pump bag checklist. Keep it in your bag in a Ziploc bag to dry erase check off, or, save it as a document and keep it on your phone.

Here's my list:

HAAKA (2) - for on the road home

COOLER

FREEZER PACK

4 BOTTLES

HANDS FREE BRA - I have 2 attachment ones so I don't have to take off my nursing tank

TOWELS: FACE for nip drip AND HAND for lap/table/bottle drip

CHEAP GALLON BAGS to store pump parts between use, I just rinse and dry with paper towel

HAND SANITIZER & LYSOL WIPES

pump SANITIZER since I don't wash at work

NIPPLE CREAM

NURSING PADS

CELL PHONE CHARGER

SNACKS AND WATER BOTTLE

SPARES KEPT AT WORK

4 BOTTLES, 2 TUBING, 2 FLANGES, 2 VALVES, PACK OF MEMBRANES, GALLON BAGS, EXTRA SHIRT
