I purchased these earmuffs to protect baby’s ears and I see this warning on the back. Should I be concerned ? Is it safe to put on baby ?

I wouldn’t use them, but that’s just me. However, where I’m from doesn’t have warnings like that all over everything so when I do see one, it makes me a bit uncomfortable.
