How much longer ??

I’ve been having contractions like this for about a week .. I’m super uncomfortable and in pain most of the day ... so basically has anyone dealt with this and if so how much longer did you have when you had contractions like this ? I didn’t have this with my son ... also I’m 38 weeks ...
