Basketball?

I’m 21 weeks and I was at Dave and busters for my nephews bday and I played the basketball game and threw some basketballs. Is that ok? Or too risky?

Girl exercise is totally fine. I mean dont go crazy but throwing things and going for walks and hikes are totally fine!
