Newborn clothes at 3 months ?

Is that normal for a baby to still fit in newborn at 3 months

All babies are different. My first was born at 5lbs, 7ozs and she stayed in newborn til 3months. My third baby was born 6lbs, 6ozs and even tho they were born a pound difference my third baby only stayed in newborn a couple of weeks.

My son was born at 6 lbs 11 oz and newborn was almost too big. His big sister was a preemie and I had brought the same outfit she came home in (his gender was a surprise) and it totally would’ve fit had he been a girl. We had 0-3 month clothes as well and he drowned in that until he was 3 months. He went down to 6 lbs 1 oz but steadily regained weight afterward, he’s just always been on the small side. I think you’re fine as long as baby is gaining weight, some babies are just built smaller.

As long as baby is healthy it's normal. My baby was in newborn for 2-3 months. Some babies are just smaller than others. She's going on 5 months and just starting to fit 3-6m clothes

My baby girl was born at 6 lbs 13 oz and was out of 0-3 month clothing and into 3-6 month when she was 3 months.

Mine was a small baby at first he's 4months now and wears either 0-3 months or 3-6 months depending on the brand.
 At 3 months he still had a couple of newborn things he could fit into

My daughter was still in them at 3 months but it wasn’t long before she went into 0-3. She was 8lbs 3 at birth.

I think this all depends on their weight at birth and if they have been gaining weight appropriately since birth? My 3 month old is in 6-9 months clothes 😑🤨 he was 10lb at birth though and never fitted newborn clothes. Some clothes are a “bigger or smaller” newborn if you know what I mean

I wouldn't say it's an issue unless the pediatrician is concerned with baby's weight gain.
