I’ve been diagnosed with depression, anxiety and ptsd since I was 14. I was on meds then and did therapy but after a while I just didn’t want the meds or therapy. Recently I had went into the mental hospital to reach out for help. I was self harming, coping with alcohol and just not being me again. I was there for 5 days and in that time I was put on meds again. Three different ones to be exact, but I talked to my psychiatrist about making sure they wouldn’t effect me being able to conceive. He said they were fine to take while trying but to tell my doctor about my meds as soon as I do become pregnant. What is everyone’s thoughts on TTC while taking antidepressants and anxiety meds. Does it work and what did you do to make it work.
