Sore after D/C

I had a d/c Friday, today is Monday. I was 9.5 weeks along. I am super sore in the lower region even 3 days after the procedure. Is this normal? Has anyone else been sore for so long? It's not cramps, just a soreness that hurts to walk or sit up straight.
