Is my baby sick?

He hasn’t be able to sleep well all day long

He has a runny nose with some clear mucus and yellow/greenish mucus, he has a lot saliva that he is even choking with his own saliva and let me ads that my stupid ass brother in law was just sick and he kissed my baby yesterday in his cheek and didn’t even wash his hand😕 couldn’t do nothing cuz he basically just grabbed my baby out of my arms

I’m so mad cuz I told all his family not to kiss him in the face and this week they just forgot and he is barely 3 weeks and they don’t even get vaccines 😑 and we live with them so Today i been in my room with my poor baby
