Im 10 months postpartum... I went to doctor complaining about back pains
The doctor came in the room and told me no infections/he doesn't know why im having back pains
The doctor said he was giving me something for pain. 
The nurse came in an offered me 2 prescriptions I asked her if I dont have any infections why do i have a prescription for antibiotic 
She went back and checked an came back and said oh it looks like you have a bladder infection.
I dont believe them
I just feel like something isnt right Ive had bladder infections before I never felt like this
Should i listen to the doctor and let my theory go or get a second opinion

If you don't treat a bladder infection it can lead to kidney infection (back pain).

You could have a kidney infection. Some UTIs can go unnoticed a turn into kidney infections due to being untreated. Kidney infection can cause severe back pain. I would take the medication just to be on the safe side.

I get back pain with UTI’s all the time. It’s often my only symptoms. You should take the meds.

If you feel uncomfortable with how things went get a second opinion. You should be able to trust your doctor so if you don't than I would definitely get a second opinion, it can't hurt.

I've been over treated for UTI's more than 5 times when I've never had a single one. Many doses of antibiotics not needed. If the doc says no infections and is just throwing pills at you and you arent satisfied get a second opinion.  
I was told I had a uti with negative tests, and they still tried giving me antibiotics and hydrocodone. Turned out to be pancreatitis. If I hadn't gone to a different doc I would have been way worse off. Another time I had burst ovarian cysts, and another I had an ulcer. Seems to me ER docs cant find a diagnosis and just push the most common cause and that's it, no further tests.
