Currently pregnant after miscarriage

I found out a couple weeks ago that I'm pregnant after miscarrying in April.. last night I started bleeding, started off light pink then it went dark red/brown but very light. Today it's got slightly heavier like a period.. I've been to my first midwife appointment today and she's booked me in for a scan tomorrow.. I'm so scared I'll hear the words i dread again.. anyone had a period like bleed and everything's been okay?

Just to clarify I had a scan yesterday but they think I was too early on as they couldn't see anything.. they reckon I'm roughly 5 weeks..
