Round ligament pain is what it sounds like. No harm in going in if you're worried though.

Usually it’s round ligament pain or pelvic girdle pain. My doctor told me there are two ligaments on each side of your uterus (like you have pictured) that go all the way down to your groin & when they’re stretching, it can be pretty painful. Overnight, when I roll around or get out of bed to pee, it almost makes me cry. I’ve started taking Tylenol before bed so it doesn’t wake me up. 
Definitely speak to your doctor though.

If you’re almost in tears and it doesn’t go away with water and rest go to the doctor or at least call ASAP!
