Question

We’ve been receiving wic for formula, well now that my daughter can eat solids, I got wic for the Gerber baby foods in those glass jars & theyre organic. 
My daughter HATES them. Will not let it touch her tongue without gagging. 
How do you ladies make the baby food at home? I need some advice and tips please. 
Like what do I buy? How do I make them? How long are they good for in the fridge, etc.

You just need a regular food processor that way you can use it after baby grows. You can freeze the food in portions and store it in gallon zip lock or Tupperware. I froze stuff in ice trays then moved it. Just remember to label stuff starts to look alike. I also made stuff and stored it in breast milk bags like and used them like pouches. A funnel helps with that. Early on just steam and purée basic stuff individually to check for allergies. Once upon a farm was my baby’s favorite but expensive. They post their recipes online. I made giant batches then froze them. Good luck. Also, keep trying the gerber they may grow on her.

We tried baby food and he hated it. We just went to normal food, yogurt, oatmeal, rice cereal, potatoes, fruits etc and didn't puree things.  Cut things to finger food size and he did fine...
