3 follicles before IUI

I went in on Monday on CD11 (my cycles are long). I had done 5 days of clomid 100 mg and 7.5 of letrozole and then overlapped 5 days of menopur 75 iu and I was so excited because I had 3 follicles!! I’ve never gotten more than 1.

They were measuring between 10.5-12mm and he seemed super hopeful.

I’m continuing the 75 menopur until tomorrow night and I go in early Thursday morning.

Any success stories with 3 follicles?! What was the outcome?! Or even success stories with the menopur?
