weaning while co sleeping

My daughter is 13 months and we still co sleep together. I breastfeed her before her naps and bedtime but thats all. She slept in a bassinet for about 5 months but shes never slept in a crib by herself. am i wrong for still cosleeping with her? and does anyone have any tips for beginning the weaning process?
