Could an ovulation test be used to detest pregnancy?

Hey! Some help :) 
I ovulated on 2 July. 7th July it shows faint line but retest today and it looks like it’s showing more. 
Could this be an indication of pregnancy? Expecting my period on 18th July. Thanks

I’m lost too lovely!!!🙄 5 dpo, the 1st is the bottom one I actually had over a gallon of fluids😩 the second one was done on a 2 hr hold

Some people claim ovulation tests work but the two lines need to be blazing positives, not faints. I personally would just buy a pregnancy test so you don’t have to guess. Good luck!

No ovulation and pregnancy tests detect different hormones they are not interchangeable at all
