In need of advice.

I went to the doctor a month ago, because me and my boyfriend had been having sex. We've been rubbed raw, so I sat down with him to talk about it, he told me he had it before when we had sex. I hadn't had it before, so I talked to him I was like something is not right I'm making an appointment tomorrow. So I did and they ran tests the test can back that we're positive of hpv 2. He and his mom knows, but I don't know how to tell my mom or sister. I feel embarrassed that this happened, and don't know what's the next step.
