Bloody show...now what?

Yesterday at my 40wk appt I was 3cm and my doctor removed the mucus plug which resulted in bloody show. What is everyone else’s experience with this? I am anxious for labor to start because I don’t want to be induced again for 4th time on Friday. I’ve read a lot about labor often starting within 2 days when you have your bloody show but is it different when mucus plug is removed manually? I have until Friday to go into labor before they most likely induce. Any advice or tips to get things moving or what to expect?
