Am i alone?

Ever since I found I was pregnant I've been dealing with this feeling of having a " lump in my throat". Been reading online and there's actually a name for it it's called "globus sensation" and according many of the website there's no treatment for it. It's ABSOLUTELY annoying and it's caused me to vomit a lot more. It'd almost like it makes my morning sickness worse. Am I the only one dealing with this? This is my second pregnancy and the first time I've EVER dealt with something like this before.
