I need your help...somebody.... anybody.

I removed my implanon 11 months ago. We havent been trying to conceive but neither are we preventing it.

Please help me make heads and tails of this. I have been getting slight cramps and sore breasts. Yesterday l had a pain dead on the centre of what l think is my uterus. Took a test but it was negative...pls help
