Have you felt implantation pain/cramps with one of your pregnancies but not others?

With my first pregnancy I remember running out to Walmart to get a few things for the house and on my way back to my car I started having some fairly strong, kinda sharp cramps. I sat in my car a minute and they went away. I was 7DPO and got my BFP at 10DPO. Unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage at 6w4d. 
I don't remember having any implantation cramping or anything unusual at all when I got pregnant with my son and my daughter. 
I had some cramps yesterday at 7DPO that didn't last long and reminded me of the implantation cramps I got that first time. I'm trying to remind myself that cramping usually means nothing but I would be lying if I said I didn't have my hopes up. We will see in a day or two!

I've been pregnant so so many times & never felt anything but I really didn't pay any attention as I wasn't TTC but once I did start & fell pregnant I did feel implantation pinching pulling twinges type sensation.
