Anyone with positive blood test but negative home preg test?

In theory I would be 7 weeks and 2 days according to my last period, my blood test came back with hcg 22 they say over 20 is positive .... But my hpt show neg with faint positive line ? Any advice would be great thanks do much    Oh and I re take blood test this coming Tuesday

yes. me. my hcg was 144000 by the time I lost the baby and it NEVER showed positive on pee tests and with my son, I didn't show a positive un to l I was almost 8 weeks along. with this one, it showed up positive before af was due.

My blood test was positive at the doctor's office a few weeks ago at 39. Their pee test came out negative. It's not a big deal. Some can't detect til 50hcg. You're still pregnant according to the blood test :)

Home tests aren't always sensitive enough to pick up such a low level. But it sounds from your levels like you definitely aren't as far along as your LMP assumes. You likely ovulated much later  
And any line in a pregnancy test is still a positive, even faint.
