Freaking out please help!!

I just found out Tuesday from a home pregnancy test that I'm pregnant yesterday I went to the Dr's she is doing several test anf checking hcg levels but my concern is I've been bleeding almost like it's my period it started really light and the past 3 days it got a little heavier but it hasnt gotten worse its stayed at the same amount of blood my Dr said it could possibly be a miscarriage or implantation bleeding has this happened to anybody? I'm about 5 weeks along in havnt really had any cramps

Please help me
