Baby acne and yellow crust around nose?

Is this a really bad case? The baby acne is going into his hair and on his ears and on the back of his neck..:: And I keep wiping his nose but he keeps getting yellow crust around it. I do breast milk and formula. Anyone have a clue what it could be or what to do? I go to the pediatrician on the 19th. Ignore the booger in the last pic, I got it out after i took the pic...

I know this post is old but how did it turn out for him? my baby is currently 3 weeks old and her baby acne is the same and also crusting yellow around her nose.

It’s completely normal to have this when they first enter the world. They are used to being fully submerged in fluid so when they come out their pores exude all the stuff they’ve been living in for 9 months. The same is true of his nose but I would make sure I got his chest listened to just in case he’s developing an illness.
