Tips on raising iron levels?
At my 5 month appt my iron had dropped and my midwife wants me to work at raising it, especially since I’m a redhead and they’re more likely to hemorrhage at birth. She told me to eat more dark leafy greens, take chlorophyll tablets, and also take unsulphured molasses in OJ. Do you have any other ideas/suggestions on how to get my iron to a safe level?
