What do I say?

So, I’m planning on getting a tattoo at some point when I’m not so busy and I’d like to get something that is a tribute to when I went to see Tears for Fears in Brighton in February this year. I’d preferably like a title of one of their songs and the date I went to see them but I would like to tell the artist all of that but in a way that I wouldn’t want to offend them. What do I say?

Before people ask how it’s offensive, I don’t know, okay? Apparently it is according to other tattoo artists.
