Why isn’t my baby eating more?!

My baby girl was born yesterday at 6:40 and well she sleeps mostly, she don’t really wanna eat much and she has only had one wet diaper she’s pooped a lot tho. Is this okay?! She don’t really wanna nurse except sometimes

During the first week, baby should have 1 wet and 1 poopy diaper for the number of days they've been alive. So on day 1, 1 wet and 1 poopy diaper is normal. On day 2, 2 wet and 2 poopy etc. Until about 8 days when it stops going up. 
Don't worry about eating, their little tummies are still full of amniotic fluid they've been swallowing for weeks in your belly. That's why all babies lose weight in the first few days.

Their bellies are tiny so she’s not going to eat a lot. They told me to not feed my son the whole bottle (the ones they give you in the hospital) because their bellies are so little. I would be concerned about her not having wet diapers. Does your hospital give you a sheet that you have to keep track of the wet and dirty diapers? Ask your nurse if that is normal.

Yes! Birth is really hard for them. The first 24 hours after birth they'll usually sleep a lot and hopefully get their awful meconium poop out.
Their stomach is really, really, really tiny as they've been used to getting everything from their umbilical cord and day by day their stomach will get bigger.
After the first 24 hours you should see more diapers and your baby should be getting hungry. Usually feeding 8-12 times in a day.
